I just received a small batch of the "special opening tools".  These come with the special tool and a torx 10 which will get the case open for you.  You will still need a T8 to remove all of the hardware once the case is open.  

Pricing for a kit with paste and the special opening tool and torx 10 is:

$12 shipped for domestic orders
$14 shipped for international orders  

Pricing for a kit with paste and the 8 in 1 torx screwdriver is :

$11 shipped for domestic orders
$13 shipped for International orders

As always, these are discounted prices for members here and reduced from my normal ebay prices.

I just pm'd a mod to close this thread so I can start a new one.  I see it's closed I will start a new one so the website prices can supercede this messy thread.   The response here has been so overwhelming I am trying to standardized everything so members don't have to contact me for price quotes and wait for my response everytime.  Once I get the website fully loaded it will be a nice place for members to grab my items at discounted prices very quickly.
