Hey folks! how are we?
I am looking to have my xbox modded, and fitted with a 120 gig HDD... No worries, the place in town does it - not a problem. But when I asked them if it came with Appz, etc like Media Players, and ftp's etc, they said "It comes with the XTC Dashboard" "Information for that would be on the net?" "Yup!"

I can't find ANY information on it!
Can anyone else? All help would be greatly appricated

i have never heard of that dashboard...but its not a problem cuz u know u can install all the awesum ones known today

OK, so, they can chuck XTC on it, but from there I will be able to host an FTP (something I read, am I correct?) between my xbox and pc, and then just load another dash on that way?

With the chip itself, you could create a bootdisk with any dash you want, ftp in and load any software on the xbox. Regardless of whatever software they want to load on there. Sure they said XTC? I'd ask them again. Tell them that isn't a dashboard. Unless they meant XBMC, or THC? <

xtc make a 4 in one dashboard disk, so they prob use xtc disc to format the hd and install evox prob <
