just wanted the board to know that everyone HAS received their xbox 360 consoles. i was extremely backed up with things compensated for the delay/issues by givig certai people a free 20gb xbox 360 hd. i comunicated with people who called me via my cell phone, which has been posted in the first post since i made this post. :-)

Good to see that some people got what they paid for from him, I purchased a console back in mid-Jan., met him in person, and he gave me the wrong power cord.  I mailed that one back to him and I still haven't gotten the right one.  PM'd him at least 5 times saying I was going to go to the police with this since it's been so long and haven't heard from him (which is going to be tomorrow AM), but apparently he's still active on the boards and just ignoring me.  This wouldn't be so much of a problem if they weren't $100 new, and the fact that I drove down to where he lives to meet him instead of him shipping.

Buyer beware.
