Cannot Load M$ Dashboard
« on: December 18, 2004, 05:44:00 AM »

Hello everyone!

Ive got 2 very serious problems ^^.

At first ive got an xbox 1.1 with an aladin advanced 32mb chip build in and a 80gb hdd upgraded, iam using the xecuter 2 4891 noani blue bios and everything works fine until i bought call of duty finest hour.

So i puted the original game cd ( my first one at all ) into the dvd drive. But nothing happend my everlaunch dashboard always said no disk. On the back of the game box it says *especially saved against copy*. So i guested i could try it without booting my aladin chip and so i turned of my xbox an switched it on again without loading my aladin chip, i expected the m$ dashboard but the only thing i saw was a green screen with the letters *service required call customer support* Where is my m$ dashboard? and how to play call of duty ?

thanks for any support

try slayers auto evox installer to reinstall your original ms dash.  Or better yet, just run dashupdate.xbe off a disk that is live enabled (this has worked for me numerous times)
