Where's Pal-60 Option In My Ms Dash?

I keep hearing that to solve a problem I have, I need to enable Pal-60 from the dash. Thing is I can't find that setting to enable\disable it. Any support would be very grateful!! Thanks

Mod on - Evox Dash
Mod off - MS Dash

P.S. I couldn't find this setting in evox either!
P.S.S Inmy video settings menu on the ms dash I only have aspect ratio. Nothing else.
