How To Resign A Dash...

How does one resign a dashboard?  Im trying to do the last step in patching Thc lite and I do not know how to resign the last file that I was working on.  Im using DeXip cause i couldnt find anyother progran to work with xip files in Mirc...  The tutorial i was following to do this just says resign the file.  And I do not know how to do it...
