as far as dashes go it's hard to pin just one, but i think mxm, ava, and unleashX are tops
couldn't pinpoint the one that is for sure though without boost (unleashX offers boost mode for upload also) cause as you said, you get different speeds with different types of files, so one dash may be better for some things than others
