Now, I've been reading up on the CDX.XBE thread

CDX Mutil Game Thread

Question is can we use this as a dashboard meaning, mod the Bios to look for CDX.XBE and then we launch apps and games and dashboards directly???  You can see where I'm going with this... and sorry if it's in the wrong forum don't know where it would belong.

I don't see why not, i've had my xbox boot dvd2xbox as a dashboard, just to see if I could.

Give it a try, make sure you have some form of bootdisc handy, in case it doesn't go well.

The one problem I forsee is the lack of FTP access in CDX.XBE.  I know some other dash's don't have FTP (THC for example) but to me, in case of emergency, you want FTP access right from boot.  But to each his own.
