Have a Xbox360 Premium has a Samsung MS28 with 5.2a on it works perfect has 2 wireless controllers and 2 charge N Play kits with it. Also includes a dvd playback remote with a wireless and wired headset.

is it banned from LIVE? (have you played on LIVE after you modified the firmware?)

Yes i have played online several times after the firmware was modded it is not banned at all
