My copy is new, sealed. Buy.com was compeletely unhelpful after I got a preorder at circuitcity. They wouldn't cancel my month-old preorder for PGR3, so I ended up with two.

Is this an issue DofD. As I said it was used for all fo maybe 5 minutes. Just not my thing I guess. If it is an issue feel free to contact me via PM, email [email protected] or AIM Rylinkus13. Emails best as I have it open all day every day @ work. Id be mroe then happy to hooked you up with a little cash paypal or whatever to make up for the fact that mine is opened.
