I just ordered an xbox from turfster a few days ago and should be getting it in the mail shortly. I'm interested in running MAME and have read that the RAM upgrade can really help in speed and workability of the emulation for some games. I have another xbox motherboard with the RAM on it, but do not as of yet trust my desoldering skills to pull it off, as well as solder it back on correctly to the new box.

So if there is a member of this community that offers this particular service at a fairly reasonable price, could you please let me know about how much the service would cost?

EDIT: Just found a video on how to remove IC chip with hot air and I got the equipment it looks like in my avionics lab so I may give that an attempt.
