Ok i have been trying to make my own video previews. I have been using the program windows movie maker to make my .wmv files. But they never seem to work when i put them on my xbox. I have downloaded those video previews from xbox-skins.net and they work great, but my wmv files dont work. Is there a setting im missing, or do i need to convert them. I have renamed them to preview.wmv and they still wont load, and when i go in my file explorer and just click on the file it says its damaged or corrupt, but it works perfect on my pc.

If you upgraded to Movie Maker 2.0 it will be encoding to WMV9 and i understand that UnleashX does not support WMV9.

That could be your problem.

You can download Windows Media Encoder to re-encode to WMV8.
