Fs: Xbox Parts. Need Them Gone.
« on: May 24, 2008, 04:53:00 PM »

Just opened up a few boxes of my leftover xbox crap.
It's either going in the garbage or to your home. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Take a look at the pictures and feel free to post questions/offers here.

The PSU's I'd like to sell as one entire lot since I have no clue how many of them are in working condition.
There's 12 PSU's total and I know one of them for sure is dead. The others. . . who the hell knows.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Here's some of the stuff that needs to go:

· DVD dongles (2)
· Molex Y-Splitters
· Controller dongles (2)
· Keyboard/Mouse adapter (used once)
· Ziplock bag of A/V cables and power cords
· Controller extension cables
· Controller cord (desoldered from broken controller)
· Fragging 1.0 motherboard. Slight damage to the LPC so it should be a simple fix.
· Set of 1.6 Controller ports
· Power/Eject PCB
· Halo 2 Accessory case (holds games, XBL headset, and whatever else you wanna put in it).

I'd take $50 shipped for everything you see in the pictures or can part them out.
Feel free to shoot me some offers.

modderguy791 and enixidfrag,

I'll take any reasonable offer on those parts. I use USPS Priority Mail only so shipping for small parts would be $4.80. . . For PSU's I'll be using a $9.80 flat rate box. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Anyway, to answer your question, enixidfrag, those aren't HD cables, but they are made by M$ and support S-video (I think they were called advanced A/V cables or something like that).
Any more questions, let me know. I'm online quite often to send replies. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

By the way, I'll even throw in a brand new aftermarket crystal s-controller with LED's if anyone is willing to take the whole lot of crap for $50 shipped. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

^ Sounds good to me. I'll even throw in a set of brand new rubber feet. So when you're done modding your console, just peel & stick. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

PM sent...

Do you happen to have any "cut up" controller ports, where you'd be willing to sell the half of the port that plugs into the daughterboard/motherboard?  I like to wire stuff directly inside like USB/wireless controllers...

Motherboard sold & shipped. Lemme know if you're interested in anything.
I'd like to get this stuff out of here by this weekend. Trash pick up is Tuesday morning so this stuff will definitely be gone by then. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I have tons of stuff, but I don't know which boxes they're in. Probably won't find any "cut up" ports soon since I wanna get rid of one box of crap at a time.

How's $25 shipped (Priority Mail) for all the PSU's?

I remember using a few of them to test different motherboard versions, but I didn't exactly have time to label my working parts and broken ones when I separated from the wife.
Even if you only get 2 working PSU's out of the lot. . . you'd get your money's worth out of it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I'll even throw in a few Bel Fuses just in case some of these PSU's need them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Regarding stuff I'm looking to throw out. . .

I've already chucked about 6 stock cases, a handfull of controller ports, broken controllers, and other miscellaneous items. Once this particular lot of stuff disappears, I may pull out another box of stuff from the closet and see if anyone is interested. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've been staring at a used XPOD in my closet lately, but I don't know if it's complete or whether I should just keep it.

I think I have 1 more stock case and a dead xbox (has fried PSU, no power motherboard, and dead dvd drive). . . and it's not a 1.6 board so you can eliminate the transistor problem.

Oh, and I think I have another xbox that powers on for like 30 seconds, then shuts down.

 . . . and a couple of front faceplates with power/eject buttons.
. . . and more rubber feet (brand new).
. . . and some MCPX heatsinks.
. . . and a brand new green controller shell (for S-controller).
. . . and some blank jewels (cut from plexi).
. . . and some LED boards I bought from SICKdimension.
. . . and some pinheaders.
. . . and some LED's.
. . . and some Power/Eject PCB's.
. . . and some dead Thomson & Philips dvd drives
. . . and a box of Philips lasers (refurb'd)
. . . and a working Samsung SDG-605b dvd drive (that I can't find right now).
. . . and . . . .

Like I said, I have tons o' crap here. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
