The kids who had it before thought the dvd drive was toast since it wouldn't eject, but turns out the Power/Eject PCB was malfunctioning. I simply replaced it with a spare and it's working just fine.
The dvd drive is missing ALL screws, but works great. It's a Philips VAD6035.
I think I have a few spare broken DVD drives so I'll try to cannibalize one of them for the screws. (IMG:

Make offers on the complete xbox or just individual parts.
