it seems to me that a processor upgrade would make more of a difference than the extra ram would.

if you can install some ram, you shouldn't have any trouble pulling it from another board.

I have a 1ghz CPU upgrade and 128mb of ram and Goldeneye still doesn't run right. Just buy an N64 instead.
