You are lying again. You refunded nothing. I filed a claim with paypal, and paypal refunded my money. You had the opportunity to refund my money, but you decided to lie and say that you never received the lasers back. Even after I provided you with the tracking number which proved delivery, you still claimed that you did not receive them. I provided the tracking number to paypal, and they refunded my money. If paypal had not gotten involved, I would have never received a refund because you never intended to give me one. You had 2 weeks after the lasers had been delivered to you to refund my money, but you did not. After the third week I contacted paypal again, and they refunded my money. Not you.
You shipped me a laser that had the pot tweaked down to 298 ohms. You refused to give me a refund and kept telling me to install it in my Xbox, even after I told you that it could damage my disc. After many emails, you said that you would refund my money if I sent both my old laser and your laser back. Even though this was not fair, I did that but never received a refund from you. You are either a fraud, or you are a very poor business man.
I did not update my other thread because I did not want to trouble XS anymore with this. If you would like to continue to lie to people, I will continue to respond. Although this thread may be closed if you continue to do so.
I hope you change the way you treat people, and do business with integrity from now on.
