Looking For Newer Model Modded Xbox

Specifications:

- I would greatly prefer the Xbox to have upgraded ram.
- Looking for a newer model Xbox.
- I only require one controller and a power cable.  Don't need any AV cables.
- Only looking to spend up to $180 (sometime in the next 30 days) on a modded Xbox with those conditions with a hard drive 40 GBs and under.  I would prefer no hard drive as long as I have a disc to format my own hard drive.
- If the Xbox has 500 GBs or more, I would be willing to spend quite a bit.  Up to $500.
