i can sell you an old broken board with the ram chips intact.

as far as i know, youd use desoldering braid to remove them, then align them on the board, coat all the pins with solder, then use a fine tipped soldering iron and soldering braid to remove the stuff betwen the pins.

if you are good with a soldering iron and have a half decent soldering iron, it shouldnt be too big a problem.
