Ok, I have a screwed phillips drive, and I am looking for a good deal on a working replacement laser. I'm at the 88201 zip code, I would prefer to pay with paypal "Status: Verified (299)", yet if the offer is correct, I'm willing to pay by check or postal money order. I do have a varying array of xbox parts I will so offer, yet for the exact moment the phillips laser is the part I do require.

Sounds great, I have the VAD6011/21 (POS) drive, give me a good price and I will gladly purchase from you.

It does seem funny that they would call it a POS

Complete assembly $16 shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.
You'll need a Philips screwdriver to remove the case and a Torx 6 screwdriver to remove the PCB in order to swap the complete assemblies.
Here's a disassembly tutorial from the llamma: Click Me
