I can sell this complete or the motherboard with hard drive.

Most of the rest of it looks retail, but it has a gpu fan and no daughterboard and the wires which are usually yellow are brown, (the eject and dvd power)...

the chip says MCPX X2 so its not retail, all the ram slots are full.

It boots up with a debug menu with some demo stuff for devs, not sure what all the modes are for.

Please PM me offers shipped

I would like to sell it with everything but the dvd drive, that is the one part i am always needing. Besides, its only a thompson. Plus i would hate for a bare motherboard (esp this rare) to get broken in shipping.

So please make offers knowing that.

In trades I could use
a nice soldering iron + cash
Compact flash wifi card
1.0-1.5 motherboards
1.2-1.5 psu with motherboards.
LG dvd drive

I am in Idaho 83605 for shipping info. I am willing to ship it anywhere if you are willing to pay depending on how far you are.

I have gotten offers I am considering, but still open. Ill leave this thread going for a few days unless I get a really good offer. Rumor has it these are hard to get even at pawn shops.

I could take a picture, but the only thing that is different from every other xbox is the motherboard. the hard drive looks the same, same with the rest of it. not sure if thats how the debugs shipped, but thats how it is now. so i snapped a pic of the mobo. I have some mint tops i will send one with it.

I can almost say with 100% certainty that this is just a modified stock motherboard...the XDK's have a scsi connector not ide... and already have a pinheader installed

I can say with 100% certainty that this is not a modified stock motherboard.  As you know, all retails have the x3 chipset, not the x2 as seen here.  While yes the XDKs had the serial, usb and scsi connections on a separate board (the scsi connection was only used in tandem with a separate card for dvd emulation btw), this is from a debug kit, which also explains the black case (some of the debugs have a black case as opposed to the translucent green).

Well it not a XDK is a Debug motherboard.Trust me I use to own a real XDK and a real Debug Kit.
And its a real Debug motherboard as it as a Nvidia MCPX X2 chip. All XDK's(DVT4) and Debug Kits
have this chip.Retail xbox's have a Nvidia MCPX X3 chip.
So im 100% certain its a Debug motherboard.

alrighty, so we have a debug xbox up for sale now, and its complete minus the dvd drive, unless you want to give me $35 extra, but its just a thompson. This is pretty cool considering it already has 128mb of ram installed, and factory installed at that!
