gundamx90 finally replied to one PM where I had mentioned all his info that I have in hand to publish to the public with this response:

This was after I told him that a videogame system was not worth risking his federal status and ruining his credit and federal record.
I however think the info I have has to be legit in some ways since he certainly received the item under the name and I address I have. Or do you think he may have actually used someone else's name and address for the scam? because that would be considered identity theft.
It is really bad to see how messed scammers can be.

Yes, he did seem to have commited identity theft since this is what he said in the last PM: "thats right. I recieved it, not the addressee. File charges, I wont get in trouble, they will."

Anyhow, All PMs Replied.

Also, my flight date was postponed till tomorrow for the last time hope at 8PM PST.

Hello,
I was wondering if USPS Insurance covers stolen items like the Pure White XBOX I was stolen from? since I shipped the item with $500 Insurance and the scammer (gundamx90/darkgatewayx) supposedly received the item and not the addressee. Therefore, it was partially their error to not deliver the package to the right person.
Let me know if anyone has any experience dealing with USPS Insurance claims.
