After getting my Translucent Green Duke Original Controller stolen/scammed by Wowko when I sent it for mods, now I seem to have been a victim of a HUGE Scam!
I recently Sold a BRAND NEW PURE WHITE XBOX LE to darkgatewayx who requested shipping on the same day which I did. I got a Credit Card payment to my PayPal so went ahead and Shipped the item and notified darkgatewayx with Tracking Number. After 2 days, I got a notice by PayPal that a "Temporary hold" on the payment was placed due to "suspicious funds." Then, after 2 weeks they tell me that the payment was "reversed" due to a chargeback from the buyer with his credit card company. I even contacted the buyer (darkgatewayx) to make sure the system arrived fine and he confirmed that.
Therefore, he basically SCAMMED me a $530+ item!
I just replied to PayPal to tell them to try to fight back the chargeback although most of these cases go unresolved.
Darkgatewayx also goes by the username of gundamx90 so beware of the two.
Scammers are definitely ruining this awesome forum and ruining other people's lives.
Scamming should stop now and people like Wowko, darkgatewayx, gundamx90 should be BANNED.
I am waiting to get a reply with PayPal before filing yet another USPS Mail Fraud Complaint, along with another FBI case, and other organizations.
Beware being victims of Scammers like these.

Because of this previously stated Scam, I would need a confirmed address for LE Shipments or would need payments to be sent via Echeck Money Order or BidPay in order to protect myself from scams like these happening again.
