Edit: I have a case thats pretty much perfect except the top has been cut for a new jewel and there is a dvd window cut. make on offer as im sick of seeing this thing hang around here, include shipping in your offer, will be 8$. I also have a mobo (1.0) that can be used for mock up as its completely trashed.
