OK, ill try to make a long story short.
Were you scammed by XboxInc or Anewnewbie?
Well they are the same person, (thanks to HSDEMONZ posting that for us)
Anyways I bought a ton of stuff from him under a NEWNEWBIE name and was scammed for $65.00 under Xboxinc Name.
I got back 58 of the 65 months later after i confronted him.
I bought a Halo case and a MB, PS and Matching HDD.
The case was the only good thing.
The MB, PS, and HDD were Bum.
I threatend him with legal action and fraud charges.
He promiced to replace my broken stuff and never did.
Months went by, I just wrote it off and hoped my case with the Authories would land him in prison or some sort of legal trouble.
I was contacted 3 days ago by him saying he was ready to replace my stuff.
then today he messaged me saying he no longer wanted to do that, he just wanted to know what it would cost him to paypal me cash to reverse my complaints and cover the bum MB, PS, and HDD. I told him $77.00 ($70.00 for the MB and stuff and $7.00 for the rest of the cash i never got back on the first scam.)
He paypaled me and I droped the complaints.
He asked me to tell ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OR HAVE BUM EQUIPMENT FROM HIM TO CONTACT HIM BY EMAIL OR AIM.

[email protected]I really don;t care much for this guy, he is a Pain in the ass, really rude and arrogant, but he got scared cause i had all his LEGIT info, Name, address, phone, ect... and i threated to persue whatever legal means i could to get what was rightfully mine.
I am sure he will be an ass with all of you, but he asked me to post here to tell you all to contact him so he can resolve your issues. After 4 months mine are finally resolved and im a happy person and $77.00 bucks richer.
