Dumb question. Were are the third and fourth controller ports?

there are none, i kinda left them open casue i diddnt wanna waste my time mounting them and then just see people say to put a wireless reciever in there. its open really to do whatever u want with them. i also noticed that there are no leds in the ports, im gunna put them in there before i ship it to whoever wants it.
