Sorry guys, allelectronics.com used the wrong goddam shipping service. I paid for and asked for ups overnite, and they interpreted that as UPS ground. I cannot do any refunds because all of the money and a lot of mine went into these parts. They will be here on the third of march, here is the ups tracking number if you want it: 1Z9264970301422217. I am really sorry for any inconvenience. If anyone wants there money back, let me know, and ill get it to you as soon as i get some money. I'm flat fucking broke at the momnent.

Wow, I hope I never get so broke to where I can't refund $31.50!!  

I guess I have two choices...wait for the product, or wait for a refund..either way I'm waiting.

Don't take this personal, as I am sure you are an honest person it's just if you are running a small business and offering products/services, which essentially you are, make sure you have the resources to satisfy your customers.  I can understand issues that crop up in regard to shipping and such.  I ship out between 50-65 packages per month.  But, I can never understand when someone promises to get a product out at a particular time and doesn't communicate any delays when the promise time is not met.

Especially since I let you know up front that time was a factor and that these were for customers machines that were on hold specifically for this product.  So, the ripple effect is you didn't meet your promise time, and now either did I.  You may only have one person who is upset, but now I have three.

All I am saying here is keep in contact with your customers who are waiting for your products.  If I would have known they weren't going to be shipped when promised I could have at least contacted my customers and informed them of more dealy and given them the choice whether to wait or not.  I only gave you $30.50, they have given me over $400.00 each!

It's obvious I cannot delay these machines until you have product that you should have had long ago.  I will just take my refund.  For me to go out and try to find someone else that can make these for me just isn't going to happen.  Please do not send the product, as I will have no use for them now.

Paid this guy on February 18th.

Nothing but an empty promise and excuses.

Asked for a refund and was given the poor speech.

I would be leery in giving this person any money for product of any kind.

He has the product according to the tracking number he posted, yet I get no communication whatsover from this person.

ive paid for the product over 3 weeks ago and he keeps making excuses about how he doesnt have them done, and now he wont ever respond to my messages, so stay away from him, he ripped me off 10.50 mad.gif

lol if it weren't for this I wouldn't have any faith at all that I'd be getting mine. But, the tracking shows that whatever was shipped on it, was shipped from the city that all electronics corp (where he said he ordered his parts from).

I contacted paypal for a refund, then less than 24 hours later, he responded saying i wasnt getting one red cent from him. Funny but paypal has this little thing about getting money back for people that got screwed. Mind you its only $11, but its the principal. I obviously learned my lesson about preorders. That means you wont get your shit. Flame away wowko, but you know ill get my money back.  wink.gif

Yeah, I filed a paypal claim too, but those have turned out to be quite useless before.  I seriously doubt any of us will get our money back from paypal.  He's quite the spank.  I would imagine a mod will be closing this thread anyway, so if anyone wants to say their peace they better hurry smile.gif

I have a few other tricks up my sleeve that I have used when some ebayers rip me off that have worked, luckily I have that tracking info, and that has given me part of his mailing address.  I'll find out his closest magistrate and try a few things.  He only got me for 30.00, but I'll make it cost him hundreds by the time I'm done with him.

Anyone else that got ripped off by him please PM me with the amount.  I'll let you know what I come up with and we can all make sure he pays one way or another.

wen u buy a preorder, u cant ask for ur money back. i apologie for no update. my assistant thing seded nobody replied here. the reason nuttin shipped was becuz my 4011 IC decade counters did not ship, so i just orrdered sum from mouser. and those wer the wrong ones, as soon as i get the cash from the shit im sellin on ebay, ill pay all back
