and does it have a 4 pin pass thru, or just 4 pin? just wondering. if it has a pass thru, i could add more leds myself to the other end of it

well i got an idea from a PM from The Timmy

the petrometer (dont remember name, its the thing taht is a dial and when you turn it it changes the speeds of the spinning ) could i cut the wire to that, put a swithc in, and it goes to one, the dial, and two the ide pin 39. would if i cahnged it to the other side, be controller by the HDD? (it would show hdd activity!) can i do tat?

bizump, uhh, i think so, but you may need more circuitry to run 8 leds, ull need more than 5v

How soon are these going to be available, or are they available now?? Here is why, I am doing a few machines for three LasVegas firefighters, and I am doing some case modding free for them. I wanted to make the machines in a firefighter theme. I was thinking it would be cool if I could make the jewel be like a red light that flashes on a firetruck.

I thought this application you are making sounds like it's just what the Dr. ordered.

I was going to try to get some type of red cap like object, even if it is from a toy as long as it's 2.5 inches or so and put on top. I am only looking for something to be raised about 1 to 2 inches as I dont want it looking like a Kmart Special on top of the machine (yes, I know that light is blue...lol) but I am sure you get my drift.

Let me know if I order three of these how soon I can have them as I am just about wrapped up with loading all the roms that I am giving them.
