because by removing these threads you are creating an environment where scammers can thrive & be safely housed from any kind of responsibility. I have been to other bst threads where they literally have a scammer list & ban IP's of people who have scammed others. I would not be surprised if the site mods, admins, creators, whatever are involved in these activities. Midiemulation scammed me and then listed me as a bad deal in his sig & that's ok? There's an ass backwards way of dealing with things if I have ever seen any in my life. Be warned, if you try to do business here you will get ripped off & these people will aid the thief by removing your threads that tell people he is a scammer.

Damn dude you really do want to get banned you just had your last thread close because of the same topic so you start the same one again.I am glad to see you care about the people on these forums but like you I got scammed too but I never made a thread talking about the guy I just put him as a scammer in my sig that's about all you can do you gain nothing by posting this thread and everybody get's scammed here you just have to watch out with the people who you are dealing with.Sorry to see you got scammed and hopefully you can resolve the issue m8

Dude, shut up and stop crying. Like everyone here wants to hear your sob story about being scammed. The mods and admins could care less. If you got scammed, thats a YP (your problem)not an OP (our problem). I have done business here several times, and never had a problem, but if I did, then it would just be a lesson learned. You take a chance anytime you do a trade or sale over the net like this. It just goes with the territory. Making a bunch of threads crying about shit WILL NOT get your money or item back. I have never dealt with Midie personally, but have seen some of his deals around for a long time now, and never seen a shady one. Not to say he doesn't deal like that, or not. Just stop starting stupid threads about "I got scammed

Anyone choosing to conduct any sort of transaction with another member on XS does so at their own risk and expense.

As individuals, you need to take responsibility for your own actions, and you need to take responsibility for the fact you are dealing with strangers on the internet. Xbox-Scene is not a professional Sales service.. and is provided free and without any kind of warranty. We also will not ban people because you claim they ripped you off. Do NOT send the the "evidence" as we simply do not have the time, manpower, or will to follow through on your complaints. We have no intention of mediating any more disputes.

If you are ripped off, the only thing you are allowed to do on XS is to report it in the thread of the seller/buyer/trader ONCE. Alternatively you can make a note in your signature stating your grievance with the user. What you cannot do is spam other XS forums with your complaints. Do not make threads complaining about transaction that have gone bad. Do NOT contact staff complaining that a user has ripped you off. Do NOT make new threads in this or any other XS forum complaining about the "user" that ripped you off.

I don't really care who is who. the fact is Midi had well over 2 months to ship what i asked & didn't until I got my credit card company & PayPal involved. Then he didn't send what i paid for, not even close. With every derrogatory post it is becoming quite apparent that alot of you are just children. Here is something someone once told me when I was young & stupid, "You are either a productive part of society, or someone who is living off of those people". My suggestion to Midi & alot of you people is to get a job & quit ripping honest people off to line your own pockets to support your drug habits or pay for your new dresses. If you want to do this kind of stuff, do it to people who live near you so they can come kick your ass since that is what you deserve.

Im not even going to get into the specifics about this fucked up deal, but I will say that the problem with this trade is that derek has very adolescent decision making skills. From the second I made the ebay auction he wanted me to change the setup. Whats even more comical is how Derek places blame for things such as

"I had to tell my wife what I got her for x-mas becuase the xbox didn't get here in time", or the more classic "I have had to refuse all shipments and stop buying/selling online because this child thinks he is smarter than everyone and can abuse PayPal's system to fit his own greed."

Placing blame on other people might help you sleep but if you remember correctly you made a deal and changed it 50 times (more like 4-5) then expect your xbox delivered the day. Plain irrational. I hate to say it but in the years I have studied behavioral psychology I have rarely delt with someone with such a intense case of bi-polar disorder as you derek. The fact that you keep pursueing this problem when you've had a refund on your amount for awhile is beyond me. I don't see where I am lying about anything to anyone. I can edit my signature at any time and since you pulled the rubbish as topgunn did by making me assemble a xbox, make tons of changes, and then renouncing the entire deal it goes to show that. I gave you positive because you paid - not because your a good person to deal with. Thats why the signature changed.

Derek keep wasting your time here on your plight - as you can see your breaking the rules and it doesn't bother me a bit, free speach is great aint it - just don't make yourself sound too noobish.
