Need A Chameleon

If anyone has a Chameleon modchip(for a 1.4 or 1.5) for sale, could you please let me know for how much. I would really like to purchase one of these chips but I cant find them anywhere on the net anymore, not even ebay. Also if you have the solderless adapter that would be awesome, I wouldn't have to buy that from EB2K, yuck...
