Okay I bought from these guys few times.  The drives are not new.  Why?  They have repair stickers.  Second I ordered couple of them and 1 of the dvd drive was bad.  I ask for exchange within 4 days of my order within their policy.

The guy will not exchange or refund the drive.  If you get a dead product I hope your willing to keep it and take the loss.

Will I shop from them again?  Unless he was giving it out for free I wouldn't buy from them.

I am writing a letter to BBB now.  I hope your listening the guy who is running a crappy business.
