Trying to FTP into MXM. It is showing a static IP of 192.168.0.3, i throw that in flashFXP and get one of 2 things. Connection timed out without connecting at all, or I connect then it times out without loading a dir. My network setup is just the basic linksys router set to DHCP with my PC and Xbox set up on it. is there anything other than editing the xml files i can do? the MXM was packaged with the Ltools UDE installer i have and i have no way of transferring another XML file over if FTP does not work. thanks for any help. its appreciated.

 I have the same problem. I show 192.168.0.3 as an IP address for my Xbox. The FTP server is running on the Xbox, but I cannot connect using Qwix 1.01
Please, someone help us with this problem. All I want to do is install XBMC but I can't.
