Nope sorry dude cant the thing is basically brand new plus look at how much an ipod cost retail i would be losing tons of money plus if you buy one from apple which is 299 it only comes with the ipod and head phones mines comes with the dock , remote , case and everything which would cost you around 100 bucks or more if you was to purchase it from apple so think about it man
