Well, it looks like I got ripped off. He hasn't responded to any of my pm's or emails and he stopped posting on this forum after he sold the gba sp to me. I have already filed a complaint with paypal but I doubt I will get my money back. I am also going to file a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (www.ifccfbi.gov). It's embarrasing coming on here and admitting to being ripped off but if I can save anyone else from getting ripped off, then it's worth it. The dude was also selling a ps2 bundle and an aiwa stereo around the same time so buyers beware.

Thanks for the support everyone. Actually, it's been over 3 weeks now and still not replies from him. I looked for a paypal phone number to call them but couldn't find one anywhere. I am sure they keep it well hidden like ebay does. It would be nice if a mod put up his IP info so I could report him to his ISP. I am sure they wouldn't be too happy knowing that one of their customers is using his internet service for fraudulent purposes.

paypal has a contact number? last time i got screwed i file a complain and got no money back because you will only get a refund if the seller has money in his paypal account and as for the ifcc i filed a complaint there also and its been 1month now and still no help from them even though many others had been scam from the same seller

PayPal blows. I have NEVER gotten a refund from them in the three times I needed to file a claim.

Yup yup.. ripped off by paypal as both a buyer and a seller, then had someone hack my paypal account and try to empty my bank account and max my credit card... tooks weeks to get it straightened out, and they never even apologized...

sorry about your luck - you never got a phone number or anything?
