Matrix Chip $30!

Hi i have a matrix chip for sale at $30. I was unable to get it to work and i think it is because im a newb but am unsure. I am selling this chip as is and the price does include shipping. I accept paypal for payment and will ship the chip to you asap. It includes the matrix chip, the matrix programmer, and the washer. Thanks alot
