I have not had a good experiance. I ordered 4 unassempled cheapmods for $10 each plus a little over $5 shipping which came out to a little over $45 and I paid via paypal.  About a week and a half later I still didnt have my stuff so I emailed Llamma and they lied and siad it had been shipped out and they gave me a tracking number.  They just sent it out the day after I complained about my stuff not being here.  Finally today (it has now been over 2 weeks) I got my package.  Instead of 4 unassembled cheapmods there was only one!  I took pictures of everything.  I send Llama an email a little while ago, I hope they respond soon and get my order right. If not I guess I will just have to go to paypal and make a formal complaint.  

I am not happy with thier service/customer support.  The 1 unassembled cheapmod looks good so the product seems to be good.  

I usually get modchips off Royalmodchips on this forum.  Too bad he doesnt sell cheapmod parts.  He give you a tracking number right aways and answers emails very fast.  I wish Llama.com was a little more like that.

Keep you posted how things go.  I am not too happy with llama.com.  Also if you do a search there are other threads on this forum about others having problems with these guys.

I hope I dont get ripped off.

I have purchased 3 motherboards and daughterboards from llamma.com  and all 3 times were great response times..  except for 1 which I actually caused the confusion.. ordering one late night.. then the very next morning ordering another one.  (looked like a double purchase which they were trying to make sure it was supposed to be 2 .. and held off shipping.  Which I understand.  but he made it right)

Anyway great place in my opinion.
