is the Win XP Pro OEM? or did you upgrade? i just want to know if its a legit serial

Oh, the Serial is a legit one. The Laptop came with Xp home edition, but I installed my copy of proffesional on it for my use. I can leave that copy of professional on it, or I could re-install the XP home that came with it, but both are legit. I just dont have the cd for professional one anymore, it broke :-
