Just a quick note to let everyone know that I still have stock and I will be shipping tomorrow May 5 and then Thursday the 7th. All the chips are brand new with washer, programmer and chip and the cost is $100CDN INCLUDING shipping by UPS and COD. Usually the chips arrive next day unless you're living somewhere quite remote. Ok all I just wanted to say that GoBlue is totally legit. The reason is because I needed a washer for a matrix chip and he was kind enough to send me one, no charge! And I got it within 1 week time approx, pretty speedy.

I've never purchased anything cod b4 - so when the product arrives, do you pay the entire amount at the UPS office then?

Otherwise, the package is the same as the ESB2K about what is included, without all the hassle & wait right?
