Hmm, I haven't actually used them for games yet, but the last 5 dvd movies that I have made definitely burned at 4x.  It burned a movie that was about an 1 hour and a half in about 25 minutes.  If the disc couldn't support a 4x burn then why did it burn this fast and why do they play perfectly.

Well I bought a 50 pack of these from meritline, and they work great on both my thomson xbox and pioneer dvd player.  At TRUE 4x speeds, I've burned 4.48gigs in under 15 minutes with my A05 using record now max 4.5.  These disks rock for the extra money.  Instead of cranking out 1 disk an hour, I'm cranking 4 disks in an hour!!  Time is money too gentleman. muhaha.gif  muhaha.gif

Princo disks are total shit for console backups.

You couldn't be more wrong with that statement.
