easybuy2000 just e-mailed me and they said that they will be caught up with all back orders by wednesday...hopefullly no delay....if you get a matrix...please reply to this thread...gives us hope to peeps that are on the backorder list...thanks

FYI... Take it for what it is worth... But I got an email today from Easybuy2000 saying they have enough chips in for their backorders and are selling wholesale quanitites again. Also lowered the price if you buy more than one.

i ordered one from easy buy on 1/22/03 and they just shiped it on 03/19/03

I am calling my bank today to get my charge cancelled. From what I heard you have 1 month to get the charge cancelled from an internet purchase, and that month is almost up. You do not charge a customer for something until you actually ship it!

I am cancelling the charge, making a complaint with the Better business bureau, and I am also going to look into pressing some fraud charges. I am sure if we get a few people together we can win this one!

I hate shopping online because I like to have the item in my hands at the time I pay for it. I wish I could just go into their ****ing office and pick it up because I have been through so much shit with this company. It seems as if a robot handles their emails because I keep getting a generic response that doesn't even answer the questions in the e-mail.

What other stores carry the Matrix chip? What we really need is a walk-in retail office to pick up the damn things these guys are pathetic!

Well my shippent has left Mcallen TX as of the 26th, for what USPS says. hopefully I will have it in some decent time up here in Oregon. but not before spring break is over, of course...

I ordered my matrix on 1/5/03. I got a reply on 2/10 giving me a tracking number. The chip never showed up and the tracking info says it is still in customs. Still no chip by 3/13 so I told them and they said it must have been lost during shipping and they would send a replacement out right away. I inquired about a refund for the overnight shipping because it obviously hasn't been overnight and they said that if I wanted the replacement overnight they would not be able to refund the shipping charge. OK. Fine. I should have it by now then, right? Nope. I received a reply from them stating that the chip would ship on 3/19 (overnight). I should have it by now, right? Nope. I send them a reply asking when EXACTLY I will receive my chip and they say "It should ship next week." Do you think I should believe them? I think not. Any smrt person will not order from these people. They are not who they used to be. I had great sucess from them in the past but I will (and you should, too) take my business elsewhere. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

My two cents.

UPDATE: Both shipments were received on March 27, and shipping has begun to fulfill packing all backorders.

Just have to wait and see

Can someone fill me in with why EB2k is the only store that offers the matrix? Don't they understand that having only one distriubutor will inevitably lead to chaos? Easybuy obviously has more orders than they can handle!!

they said that my order was accepted and they ship chip in 2-3 weeks from order..........1 month is passed...
