i ordered a matrix from them, and it took about a month to get. i would not recommend ordering from them if possible.

Its about time, jesus christ. I've canceled my order though, so i guess it really doesnt matter. I would rather fight off 37 hungry mexicans than order something else from eb2k! I just heard from easybuy2000, personally, and they said everything will be back to normal on thursday (I'm not sure if that includes all customers or just the wholesale customers).

No point in ordering from gamebuy or whateverhorse if they have to wait for easybuy to send to them first.

Well it is now just a few hours from friday...first it was monday...then it was wednesday...then it was friday....now on their forum someone posted it would probably be next monday before they were able to get their shit together. I know one thing....I now consider xodus one and the same as easybuy2000. Anyone who would continue to support a supplier or such low morals and credibility deserves whatever they get!

This is ridiculous, we should just boycott Matrix, cuz they are as much at fault as Easybuy, cuz they chose a dumbass operation with very weak customer service to sell their product. Even with all this complaint, they aren't even looking to sell their products elsewhere. RIDICULOUS

I did hear back from easybuy2000 today (a day later than they said they would), but they basically just said they are doing the best they can. I will post back here with any other updates I hear from them. The good news is that at least they are still in contact (still haven't left town or anything).

Yes, maybe it was a mistake on Xodus part to choose easybuy2000 to handle their product, but they may not have had any choice. They had to find a company that was willing to invest in their idea and handle the manufacture and marketing of it. Most people think Xodus handles the manufacturing of the chips and then sells to easybuy2000, but this is not the case. Xodus simply gave the plans to easybuy2000 and easybuy2000 handled the rest. This is why easybuy2000 is the sole distributor of the Matrix.
