Went Down To The Store And Picked Up 2 Energizer 9 Volts (It Works Well Woth Energizer)

I Have Already Installed The Matrix After Some Fustrating Hours With Aligning It.

And I Am Now DL SlaYer's EvoX Auto-Installer v2.0

I ordered a matrix on the fourth of this month.... BEFORE i found out about their little problems... Well i sent an email to cancel sunday night, Monday afternoon status had been updated to 'processing', so i gave em a call....  I will say this: I was only on hold about a minute and a half before someone answered, and the guy was quite polite and cancelled my order for me...... Only thing that urked me was he mentioned my email, so they knew about it, just decided to keep the order going anyway i guess... i'm glad i called now.  Status now says cancelled, but i will be watching my CC activity online to see if they still charge it.
I went ahead and ordered from Extreme-mods (banner on top of page).  I have yet to see one complaint about them, and X2 sounds like a more flexible chip anyway.

I know i didn't even bother waiting it out, but the proof is here and all over their own help forum... even if they DO actually come through, they don't deserve my business or anyone elses until they clean up their act..  nice phone voice/attitude, horrible business skills

I ordered a matrix back in the mid of march, and waiteda week or so, then it was shipped.  It took three days to go from Brownsville to Dallas.  That was four days ago. 3-5 days, my @$$.

Got this reply from the US Easybuy today....

"Hi,

They are waiting for the stock to arrive in the UK that is why the date has
been pushed back. I understand your concern and I apologize for the delay

I finally gave up on Easybuy2000 and decided to try mods4less.com after waiting since March 24 to get my modchip. After reading about people getting modchips for mods4less in about a week or less and me still waiting so many weeks with nothing I said Easybuy2000 is not for me. The only thing I can hope is that they ship their stock of Chameleon chips on time otherwise I will have to look somewhere else again.

i ordered from easybuy (in canada) on dec 6 and got my mod on dec 14. no problems.  two of my friends in canada also ordered and got their mods no problem. maybe it is just the US residents getting hassled.

I ordered January 4th, was charged on January 10th, and I am still waiting.  The help forum and I are starting to play a little rough now.  I urge anyone that has ordered to cancel the order, and I urge anyone thinking about it to try and find another source.

   The site said the item was in stock.  That means it should have
shipped on Monday  and  I should have recieved it on Tuesday.  Wednesday is now
gone and still no chip.  I checked the tracking on the site and it said it
was still  processing.  I thought overnight was really overnight, not
the day after you guys got around to shipping it.  If the item is going to
be  shipped,
    I expect to be reimbursed for the difference in the two

I ordered January 17th, recieved in working order March 15th,  never sent a single email to them.    

Personally, if I was running easybuy, I would give you whiners the same god damn treatment your getting now on purpose since they can't just magically spawn matrix's out of thier asses and by constantly emailing and threatening them your only hurting your self.

Easybuy should just stop selling Matrix to the puiblic, Just stay a distributer for the other sites. It would solve everyones problem.
By the Way, i did receive and email from them today saying that they are out of stock fro new orders. they had some stocok to fill some of the backorders (Yes the email said backorders, even though no one there will admitt there was a backorder)
I canceled yesterday and ordered from mods4less. There was glitch in the system so I don't have shipping confirmation or anything yet, but I did receive a mailing letting me know it is being worked on. That in itself is already better service than I have gotten from easybuy.
Heck a Mgic 3.X chip i ordered from them has had an unregistered tracking number on it for 2 days now.
