Easybuy is great, although the shipping was somewhat long..... (it might have seemed long cuz i was impatiently waiting for my matrix chip). When installing my matrix chip, the spacer slid off, and burned my chip, and started to heat the motherboard, luckily when i smelled burning i took it off, and found a broken trace. Rather than fix it myself, I was able to return it to easybuy with just a small description of what went wrong, and i got a new chip in about a week. Great service

there tracking numbers never work.... mine never wroked but I still got my chip, there has been many reports of there tracking numbers not working, so don't worry about it...

Called easybuy around 3:30pm est. Asked why my tracking number was not valid yet? I was told it would be active either today or tomorrow, and would recieve my shipment as early as wed. or as late as next tuesday (04-07-03). I Placed my order on 03-17-03. Credit card was charged on
03-19-03. Recieved tracking number via e-mail on 03-25-03. Just have to wait and see..................

WATCH OUT! these guys are scammers...

i ordered my mod chip in january 14th

i've been in constant emailing with these guys
and i finally got my package last monday...

lo and behold i ONLY got the programmer... never was a mod chip included
i've been trying to call them and emailing them and they wont contact me back

cancel all orders with these guys

i've never been scammed before but these guys scammed my ass, anyone want a 64$ programmer for a matrix mod that was SUPPOSE to be included with the matrix chip?

Ordered March 8th, got it March 28th... Package was complete.

I'm satisfied with the product, not the delivery time tho...

I can understand that they get more sales than they can handle, but for fucks sake HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDERS!

If I had just ordered from Extreme-Mods in the first place, I would have had my chip weeks ago.

Has anyone placed an order for a matrix chip around the end of March and received the order or even a tracking number?
I placed an order on the 1st of April and when i try to track it on their website it says my CC was accepted but there is no tracking number. I am a bit worried after reading these posts.
If they said they accepted my CC does that mean they already charged it?

Yes, they have charged your card. No, they have not shipped your order.

Since you just ordered it this week... you'll probably get your chip in time for Christmas. If you are lucky.

I called the CC company and i havnt been charged for it yet so i am emailing eb2k to cancel the order before i have to deal with the hell that other people seem to have gone through.
Hopefully i wont have to contest it.
I might try ordering from mods4less.com unless someone can point me somewhere better.

WOW I called yesterday, and was told I would recieve an e-mail within an hour. well and hour went and pasted, so I called them back(4:45pm est)to find the store closed 15 min early. So of course I was angry. I came home from work today and checked USPS to find this message!!!!

Your item was accepted at 11:23 am on April 03, 2003 in BROWNSVILLE, TX 78520. Status is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Anyway, I Am Happy, For Now....... Any Idea How Long It take To Get To Western Pa From Tx.

I actually got my refund today, $64.50. I'll probably buy from them again but I'll be more careful next time.
