God there pissing me off. I first order my matrix in Oct. waiting my 4 weeks to get it, got it, not that bad just took forever. oh then messed with it for a month and didn't get it to work (I tryed everything trust me) talked to martix guys who made mod, they send send in, so i got RMA and sent it in (dec 20) i didn't expect to get money till january, i gave them some time. i called they said oh you should get in a week.

Just got off phone with them. they sid now they never recieved it, lost in the mail so i'm out $65 fock! God i hate USPS and Easybuy

Dude, Easybuy has never been 'great' when it comes to customer dealings.

b/c the lady at USPS tricked me. she like well you can send it insureed or you can send it regualar it goonna get there the same time. and i thought its just a messed up defective chip why spend more.

I understand both sides of this one. Easy Buy is having a tough time now that they got in trouble for the satellite piracy. They would have a hard time offering you any compensation for your time because there are many other like you and they probably wouldn't be able to make any kind of profit. Without profit on their matrix chips and no more satellite products they might have to close down. Of course I have no idea about their financial position but it makes sense.
As a customer I know that you pay for your product and you want the thing. I know all about that because I got scammed by hackershardware.

If you are really in a hurry to mod your box then ask easy buy to refund your money and order from somewhere else. Of course you probably couldn't get a matrix anywhere else.
I think the best alternative is if you are willing to spend $60 on the matrix save a little money and get an xecuter 2 lite. With the headerpin or just soldering the wires to the lpc it's really easy. It's easier than aligning your matrix. I've done both and I like my matrix but if I were you I'd go with the x2l.

Insurance is the way to go. You have learned a lesson. Trust me 65 bucks is nothing compared to the lesson I learned it from. Stupid Car.
