Well guys even if you had a little hope that Matrix Man wasn't a scammer well heres somethign to make you more assured. First of all I bought a Hard drive from him that he Garanteed that is wasn't NOT D.O.A. (dead on arrival). When I got it I did everythinG thing I could, and guess what, It didn't work, and now he wont take it back. And now I have been talking to msnyder and Matrix man is supppoed to be trading his xs lite for msnyder's Matrix. I just talked to matrix man on aim and he claims to have them both and will sell me either one. And right now he doesnt have either one, becasue he sent out his x2 to msnyder and hasnt gotten msnyder's yet. and now look what he says on aim:

HSDEMONZ has a whole list of additional scams by this guy including his taking credit for another persons work. For those of you who were scammed by him I am truly sorry as no one should have to get ripped off like that.  The good news is that sooner or later a person who conducts bussiness like this either ends up screwing over the wrong person or ends up in handcuffs.

Some of you remember I had a post were I wanted to trade my almost new Matrix for an X2 Lite or Pro. Here's the deal I had worked out with MatrixMan:

He sends me X2 Lite (New), Header Pin, Wiring Harness, and Flash Cable

I send him Matrix and programmer

I don't know what he did to it, but he claimed it was an new and unused X2 Lite, then after I posted this he PMed me and apologized and told me he thought it was an X2 Lite because the guy whose Xbox he is doing something to told him it was an X2 Lite. My bro in law tried to put it in his Xbox, but it doesn't work... Xbox need service error.

Clealry.. and an xcuter 1 chip.. looks like mine more or less.. except for the scorch marks and abuse.

either way you got ripped... find out what the laws are in your area.. and consider filing a claim.  Even if he is too young.. in some jurisdictions.. his parents would be responsible.  I know many in Canada and in the States in the last 3 months have pursude similar cases against kids.. and have gotten the parents to pay up.. usually court ordered!

Like I siad.. shit differs from one area to the next!
