at mods4less.com ive already heard on complaint about them being slow, but the still got his chip. . .anyone else know about these guys? Not worth the risk?

how do u manage to sell it for $11 less than any other reputable seller i have seen. . . honestly, i would like to order from you, your prices do seem to be the best, but are they a little too good? Hopefully your speed issues have been resolved, but i would be wuite nervous if i didnt receive any feedback on my order for 2 weeks after purchase

I ordered from them earlier in December and paid using PayPal. Now I goto the website and it says I have no orders pending and I have no chip to show for it. I had to send a nasty email (which I do not like to do) just to get a response to the 4 or 5 inquiries I had sent previously. The response was ,"What's your order #". EXACTLY - WHAT IS MY ORDER #? I never recieved one when I paid with paypal. I have the paypal receipt which I have emailed to them in my response - and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I know the chips don't arrive to them until tomorrow (as I read it in the previous post). Not worried about that - would just like a status and an order #.

Also - I paid 49.00 shipped and 2 days later it goes on sell for 33.00 - That's not cool. I inquired about getting it at the sale price and never got a response.

Still waiting. Hopefully they come through.

What really sucks is I bought from them on a recommendation from the guy I used to buy my Xecuters from - since he no longer sells modchips. Nice.

yeah, screw thes guys, even if they do come through with the chip, the lack of customer service and delays arent worth it

Yeah got an email again last night saying "What's your order #" - I think I'll contact paypal and have them get my money back. This is rediculous.

Emailed them with the "Refund my money Email" And they wrote back quickly saying that it had been shipped - NO TRACKING # of course. They said if I wanted a refund to send the chip back once it got here. If it gets here I'll keep it. We'll see.

Yeah - pretty lousy customer service.

I thought customers were why most people are in business... Oh wait - my bad! It's the MONEY!!!

Also, when you pay using paypal, you MUST click the FINISH button at the end which brings you back to the homepage, if that button isn't done we don't see a order from you, although the money was sent.

Okay, I have found your email, we don't see you in our database but we see a payment. That is because you more likely didn't click the finalization button. We are going to ship this next day TODAY. We well include an extra free chip.

That's awesome. They even offered to refund my money - but I insist - please keep the money. If I didn't click the right button here or there, you should keep the 49.00 Thank you for the free chip, it wasn't necessary but I do appreciate it.

Now that's customer service people. I'll post here again when it arrives.

Am I going to receive a tracking #? It's Xmas and of course they won't be delivered today. However if they were shipped on Monday - they should be here Thursday if sent by Next day mail.

As I said - I'll post here when they are received.

OOPS! They sent me two Magic 3.1 chips (PS2) which I haven't received yet. They offered a refund. I think I'll just buy it somewhere else. They also said they haven't received their stock of Xecuter 2 Lite's yet. This is taking too long.

Still waiting on the refund. Purchased an Xecuter 2 lite from another guy here on Xbox-Scene that I've done business with in the past.

Ok - recieved the refund today - 49.00 (via paypal).
Still waiting for the magic 3 modchips to show up if they were shipped.
Supposedly once I recieve them, I can return them for Xecuter 2's....

We'll see what happens.
