i just got my premod with the xecutor from genomods it arrived in the same week i ordered it for $299, lik-sang is good also though. i would just prefer genomods for the quickness.

Thanks for the help guys. I have looked at several sites and the only I have seen that comes with a switch to go from one bios to the other is premodded.com. I like the idea of being able to switch, just incase MS does block modded xboxes from live. Is this a good site to order from and do you think the switch should matter? Also the chip it comes with said it is custom made, will it be the same as something like Xtender or Xecuter. I am completely new to this, I have been reading up as much as I can. Any help would be appreciated.

most likely if the they say the chip is homemade it is just a clone of another chip, so it should be fine. however i have never ordered from premodded.com so i don't know they're reliability, not saying it's bad, not saying it's good.

1. The quality of their homebrew (SportyX) modchip install was EXCELLENT. Looked very neat, points look good too.

2. They take FOREVER for you to get the box. Mine took 24 or so days from order date, to date recieved. I've read in this forum that others have taken longer.

3. I'd get a premod w/openxbox. U can disable the mod (boot retail) and ez flash upgrade to any new bios!
