This guy made my pecker stick up. He is one in a million. Fabulous service, outstanding emails, great packaging, fast shipping, and the ability to create an account for fast repurchasing of additional goods. I would definitely recommend this merchant again. He keeps you informed of the shipping throughout the process! The prices are higher than some, but the service, reliability and overall professionalism make this seller the one to go to!

i Ordered the x2 PogoPins from them ($8)

they shiped 2 the bronx

but they did not ship the star shaped spacer , and the special screw.
it work with out it

now i ordered the x2 plus ($14) for my 2end xbox

update----in a week i got my x2 plus_flashed it_put it in_and it worked
this time they shiped the spacer & screw but it works better with out it

2/3/4 update - 2day i got my bank statement and it wasn't $8 + $4 shipping for the x2 PogoPins it was $23 = usa

it's $12 in eur money

14 + 4 shipping = $43 usa = $18=eur

i am not

mrmodchips did not do anything worng it was me for not looking

but damm i could have got a xbit

I odered some chip's + a X2 add-on board (for X2.0) and forgot I needed two, not one.

One quick email and the same afternoom the answer that I get one extra... for free!!

[Please note i have given great detail so that's why it's so bloody long!]

I found out about mrmodchips.com by talking to a buddy of mine on mIRC.
I wasn't sure exactly at first if i should order from them because i've heard so many stories about people and sites ripping you off. But after throughly reading there F.A.Q and Privacy Notice yes people do read these! They seemed legit so i decided next to email them a couple of questions before deciding to order. I live here in Canada and since they offer international shipping i was interested in the shipping costs and currency charges, unforuntly when they had replied to my email which was very quick by the way

they couldn't tell me so that was one thing i wasn't happy about. But then you have to realize that for every country it's different so one can never tell how much it will cost since they only offer GB,Euro and USA. So make sure you use a currency converter to double check how much it will cost! I personally use http://www.xe.com/ucc/ since they use live update to the mintue currency rates. After remanising about it for a day and asking other people that had order from there website. I finally ordered from mrmodchips.com the Xecuter 2.3 Lite + that comes with the external switch bank for Xbox Live. I had to use there paysystems service because they don't offer any other service for international shipping kind of sucks if you prefer to use something else. Next Since i had signed up for a account on mrmodchips.com i was able to keep currenct track of my order

There are three steps you go through if everything is done correctly! 1.)Pending 2.) Processing, and 3.) SHIPPED

they will also send emails to you informing you of the current updates to your order. When my order had reached shipped it took exactly 7 days = week to get it to were i live. So i was very pleased that it took only 7 days

because you can wait up to 30 days! if something goes wrong. When i got the package it was wrapped very well!!! for me it came in a white padded envelope and inside was the printed invoice the Xecuter 2.3 Lite + Modchip the External Switch Bank the black wire to hook mod to external and the screw and star washer

I would diffently order from mrmodchips.com again! they obviously know that there is a big demand and as a result can keep there word! P.S if you don't have a major credit you can send CASH or CHEQUE.

i ordered a fcc cable for my x2 pro first of the month, got email from them saying it shipped on 4th may, still nothing. i emailed him last week, not heard anything from him yet....

If you have had no response to email (if you have really sent any !!!!)

Then why not use the form on the contact us section upon the website?

I personally have been away from the UK in the Far East from 11 May to 22 May so myself would of been unable to do anything personally. No emails from you have been received from you prior to my departure so I will check with the 3rd party who maintains and processes my orders while I am away to see if firstly if any emails have been received and if they have whether or not they have been replied to.

I have just done a quick search and i presume you are [email protected] ?

You ordered an X2Pro Ribbon and were informaed of its shipping date. So why you think I have the need to 'scam' (even though your order is not late !!!) you of $9.77 (which includes international shipping) when I am an( and always have been from their inception!) official Team Xecuter Supplier is beyond me.

I have updated your order history with the relevant tracking info. You are also advised upon my shipping information page of shipping times etc for international orders. Your order according to my guidelines is neither late nor has ever been late from your first 'screaming' 'scammer' post here.

22 working days and nothing (ordered 1 dec).
I got a tracking number from mrmodchips (on request). Royal Mail states it's been passed on to the dutch postal service, but it's not registered with them

I was asked to let mrmodchips start an inquary with Royal Mail, but mrmodchips just replies with: "wait 30 working days". Nice service. both dutch and uk postal service SAY they don't have it.

I have another order from 20 dec. with allso hasn't arrived yet. So I ordered from modchipman.com (he uses fedex) on dec 28 and got my order today, now that's fast

If mrmodchips want's non UK customers to order from him in the future he need's a good postal service like Fedex or UPS.

Update: Mrmodchips deleted my account and is not responding to any of my hails.

I'm never ordering from them again. Use a service like modchipman.com which use Fedex.

i agree totaly

dont waste your time with this company.

support is shocking!! i have sent about 4/5 requests for the same problem, and all i am receiving back is "the chip is not faulty" thats it.

i wouldnt mind if they actually suggested something.. but instead they respond with one line answers, telling me its not faulty.. when i have spent 3 days in #xbins-help and no one can resolve the issue.

now he has resulted in just closing my ticket requests off, without any comments..

seriousley, DO NOT buy from these. i never will again, and ill make sure everyone i speak to in regards to xbox chips doesnt either.

First time I have ordered from mrmodchips. Ordered a premodded xbox (16th Jan 05). Recieved a week later (24th Jan 05) - probably due to stock shortages after Christmas. Came well packaged and in great working order. More than pleased with my purchase. No problems

. Will definetly use them again (PS2 modchip next). 10 out of 10!

Pretty unimpressed here.

Delivery was quick but aftersales service started poorly and finished with them being downright rude.

I shall go somewhere else next time.

Both have had attempts of delivery to you one on 22 Dec 04 and the other 27 Dec 04.

I can and will post scans of the delivery envelopes as proof should you choose not to apologise for your mistruths and accusations.

to date i have ordered and recieved:
1 x Xecuter 2.6 CE
6 x Xecuter 3
5 x Xecuter 2.3b Lite
3 x DMS3 V 2.0
3 x Xecuter 2.3 Lite

never had a problem, shippments were all sent very quickly and i am in ireland (midlands).

I'd recommend him to everybody and anybody.
Seems all the other guys in this forum that said he scammed them/didnt send the orders were all lying or trying to scam.
