I recently placed an order with them for their Xecuter 3 combo. The kit came with the Xecuter 3CE, X3 Control Panel, and the X3 IR Kit for $118.95 plus shipping. My order number was #1021.

Shipping was only 7.95. The order was shipped three days after I placed the order, and it arrived the next day, completely intact.

Communications via e-mail and phone were very responsive.

I HIGHLY recommend them!

I ordered friday, 3/16, and received a package 3/21.  I'm still missing the IR mods and the control panels.  The packing slip was just a printout of my order, and not a representation of the actual items in the package.  It included 2 X3CE, 2 free x3 pro switches, and 2 solderless adapters.  Written along the right-hand side of the printout was a note "I owe you 2 control panels this week".  I have yet to hear back from

1) [email protected] - I replied with my order information and what was missing
2) livechat - says its online, but no one responds - either last night or this morning
3) phonecall - the number on their site goes directly to voicemail

I will update this post as soon as I hear back from the vendor - but I'm starting to worry...

update (6/25):

I ended up having to cancel the unshipped portion of my order (2 X3CP, Black) - due to him not having stock.  Very nice guy - but if its not in stock it shouldn't be advertised as otherwise.  I believe I had to cancel it a month and a half later when it still was not expected in.  He was good about the refund - but I cannot recommend this vendor.

I ordered the three item combo.  The Xecuter 3 CE, Control panel, and X3IR v2.  Originally there was a back order on the control panel, about week, they said.  Two days later i recieved my entire order.  I was pretty happy about that, until i opened it.  It was shipped USPS, the only problem i had is that the order wasn't packed properly.  There was no foam, or bubble wrap, only the plastic cases that the chip and ir mod came in, the control panel was in a cardboard box.(everthing seemed intact)  It wasn't as bad as it seemed, or so I thought.  I haven't done anything with them yet, so the sat for about a week, I'm still waiting on my new 500 gig hard drive.  On closer inspection i realized that the X3IR v2 (usb), was actually v1 (serial port). Im not happy at this moment...


I'm trying to get in touch with them, hopefully they will resolve this for me expeditiously.  We'll see...

        I placed my order on 5/4/07 to day is 5/10/07 used money order im in the usa finally got one email if you call it that he said he has not got my money order yet i don't think so i put a tracer on it i know he cashed it lol!
tried calling but only get voice mail hmm. wonder why? well i will update post if i get my order.But i will leave it up to up to you to decide if he is legit or not.I'm leaning towards no.

This site may not be as good as I thought, I sent an E-mail about my order #1426 missing part. Then they sent me an E-mail saying send a picture of missing part so they could send me the right part. So I did, and I have hear nothing from them sense. I have now sent 3 E-mails no response. Will keep trying to get them but soon my patients is going to run out and then I’ll really do some posts.

I ordered a front panel and XIR "on sale", "in stock"  and waited more than 60 days before the order was cancelled.

Emails were responded to within a day or two but, I just can't accept waiting for an order that is "shipping tuesday" or "will be sent second day as soon as it is in stock this week" only to have the order cancelled two days after I was given another ship date.

I guess it's time to look elsewhere.

Item: XCM 360 Chameleon-Case

I ordered an XCM Chameleon Case from these guys and received 2 bottom halves of the case. I contacted them through AIM and was told the missing part would be shipped to me immediately and I needed to ship one of the parts back. I shipped it back and didn't receive the right part. Contacted them back through email. No response. Contacted through AIM and was told the part didn't ship because I wanted it sent to my billing address rather than my shipping address. I confirmed the address and waited. Nothing. Contacted them again on AIM and was told it would ship that day. Of course I haven't received anything. Contacted a 4th time on a new AIM that's up on their site and was told it would be handled and unsurprisingly it hasn't.

I've had half of a 360 case sitting around for over a month and it doesn't look like I'm getting the top half or faceplate. I just filed a BBB complaint. Hopefully that'll wake them up. I'll update this post in a couple weeks.

From what I've seen on this page it seems like they might be screwing up a lot of orders and not fixing the issue.
