Bricked my Hitachi 47d so I emailed Stuart. He replied quickly and answered all my questions before he got my money. Sent in just my drive and paid for the key recovery and dual mod upgrade (Stupid on my part).
He updated the job info saying he couldn't recover keys and THAT WAS THE LAST I'VE HEARD FROM HIM (from before Dec last year)
He didn't send me the faulty drive back (might be of use in the future, if they find a was of recovering keys from the main systemboard) and he hasn't answered any of the numerous e-mails I've sent.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DEFINATLY WOULDN'T RECOMEND USING THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
