Order #34:
Ordered Super Alladin LIVE with Programmer on 3/23/06. On 3/31/06, went to Order status page on their website and order was listed as 'BACKORDERED' -- Received no notification from them regarding backorder status. I then emailed them and was told: "My apologies that ou didn't receive the notification that went out.
We can upgrade you to the Aladdin Advance XT or Duo X3 which can be sent out immediatly. We will be getting more Aladdin Lives early next week."
I replied back to change the order to the Duo X3 -- and to upgrade the shipping to Express, since the DuoX3 was a bit cheaper than what I had ordered., and received no additional response from them.. I then emailed them back again asking for a status as to if it had shipped or not, and was told "Sorry you didn't receive my reply to that email. I shipped out the DUO3 for you, shoudl arrive shortly." -- I asked site to be more specific as to when it shipped and was simply told "It was shipped out the day after I received the original email from you."
This was on 4/6/06.
I wrote back asking for more specific info -- where it had shipped from, did it get upgraded to Express shipping? And was told on 4/12 "I have nothing to update you on. It was sent express, no tracking number from Canada. I would expect it to be there anytime now."
It is now 4/15/05, and I still have not received my order. The merchant does not answer email until you send several requests, and then claims that they responded but must not have been received by me.
